For our client, an established institution in the field of living and care for people with cognitive impairments, we are looking for an engaged personality for the intensively supervised living area, effective immediately.

Requirements ##

• Training as a Specialist in Care, Specialist in Health, or Social Pedagogue is an advantage
• Appreciative, patient, and resilient personality
• Enjoyment of individual care in one-on-one settings and small groups
• Calm and flexible way of working, even in demanding situations
• High social competence and strong teamwork skills

Tasks ##

• Individual care and accompaniment of people with cognitive impairments
• Support in everyday life as well as in nursing and assisting activities
• Professional handling of challenging behaviors
• Promotion of independence and social participation
• Collaboration in agogic processes and their documentation
• Active exchange and cooperation within the team
