For our client, we are looking for an experienced specialist for the maintenance of production facilities and machines to succeed a long-standing specialist. Comprehensive induction by the current job holder is guaranteed during a longer handover phase.

🔧 Your Tasks

Implementation of planned maintenance according to the maintenance plan as well as troubleshooting during ongoing operations
Maintenance, upkeep, and repair of production facilities and machines, ranging from welding and robot systems to surface treatment systems and machine tools
Troubleshooting and problem-solving on mechanical systems
Ensuring the availability and operational readiness of the systems
Participation in general operational maintenance of systems and building infrastructure
Deputization and participation in the workshop for manual welding machines as required
Carrying out maintenance and recurring inspections on welding equipment
Ordering spare parts and participating in sensible spare parts management
In-house production of spare parts that are no longer available or only available with long delivery times
Recording and documentation of orders, maintenance, and inspection work in the corresponding IT systems
Compliance with specifications regarding quality, occupational safety, and environment
Decommissioning of dangerous systems as well as initiating the necessary defect rectification

👷 Your Profile

Completed training as a Polymechanic, Machine Mechanic EFZ or equivalent training
Several years of professional and industrial experience in the maintenance of production facilities and machines
Sound knowledge in mechanical processing and troubleshooting
Willingness to learn the maintenance and testing of welding equipment; corresponding prior knowledge is an advantage
Confident handling of IT systems for order and inspection documentation
Strong personal responsibility, initiative, and problem-solving competence
Communicative, team-oriented, and implementation-strong personality
Flexible, resilient, and reliable
Advantageous: Experience in the maintenance of cutting machine tools, especially gantry milling machines
