Your tasks:

Do you enjoy creating online content, optimising it, and ensuring a well-maintained, thoughtful web presence? As a Web Content Manager in the communications team, you ensure that the web presence of the University of Applied Psychology FHNW is current and user-friendly, as well as supporting our strategic goals. The role is versatile: you write web texts, optimise content for search engines, analyse the web presence, and advise internal departments. Your tasks include:

  • Further development and maintenance of the web presence including planning and implementation of new content
  • Creating reports and KPI analyses
  • Ongoing on-page SEO optimisation
  • Writing and editing target group-oriented web texts
  • Representing the university in the FHNW web team and collaborating on cross-university web projects
  • Contact person and first-level support regarding the web presence

Your profile:

You have completed a commercial or comparable education with further training in content marketing and at least two years of professional experience in a comparable role. In addition, you bring:

  • Confident handling of content management systems (e.g. Plone, WordPress)
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics 4 / Data Studio as well as on-page SEO, or the willingness to acquire these skills
  • Fluent German and a good sense for target group-appropriate communication
  • Interest in research and the Swiss education landscape
  • Enjoyment of cross-project and organisational tasks
  • Proactive, structured, independent and at the same time team-oriented working style
