Berne, Switzerland (and home office) | 50-50% What you can contribute <br /> • Manage payment and commitment credits, make forecasts, calculate operating subsidies for educational institutions, ensure management control and establish service agreements • Ensure sample controls in educational institutions • Prepare payment and reimbursement decisions and ensure their execution, analyze the financial situation of educational institutions • Manage and develop databases, financial processes and internal control systems • Coordinate meetings and projects, draw up minutes, prepare planning documents, format reports, correspondence and items intended for the Federal Council and translate texts from one official language into another. <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Postgraduate degree in finance, business administration or administration • Professional experience in the field of finance, management control or grant management • Analytical mind, interest in complex financial issues • Autonomy, sense of organization and responsibility • Solid IT skills, experience with databases or financial applications, very good active knowledge of two official languages and ideally knowledge of the third official language <br /> In a few words You manage financial resources of the Confederation and contribute directly to the support of educational institutions in Switzerland. It develops legislative drafts in the fields of civil law, criminal law, debt collection and bankruptcy law, private international law and in certain areas of public law. The Execution of Penalties and Measures unit is responsible for applying the federal law on Confederation benefits in the field of the execution of penalties and measures. It carries out various tasks in collaboration with the cantons, grants subsidies for the construction, enlargement and transformation of execution facilities for penalties and measures applicable to adults, young adults, children and adolescents. It pays operating subsidies to educational institutions and institutions for young adults recognized according to determined criteria.
