Your tasks:

You lead and look after the team professionally and personally together with the store management and support and promote the employees
You are co-responsible for the appearance and performance of the branch and implement necessary actions in consultation with the store management
You ensure competent, comprehensive and sympathetic advice
You manage the goods on the sales floor as well as in the warehouse
You take customer orders and carry out exchanges with our digital devices (smartphone & service stations)

Your profile:

You have a completed basic vocational training, ideally in the fashion & fashion area
You already bring initial leadership experience and your willingness to provide service underlines your professional experience
You are not only interested in the products, but possess the ability to understand our customers and fulfill their wishes
You have a doer mentality, are open and communicative and possess the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
You like working hand in hand, support your team, are appreciative and motivated to move forward together
