For our drug substance production, to strengthen our TechOps organization in the Manufacturing & Process Technology (MPT) department, we are looking for a chemical engineer or process engineer as a Senior Process Specialist (a) in the Lyophilization, Spray Drying and Cleanroom specialist group, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Process engineering support of plant projects
• Evaluating, developing and introducing new plants and technologies
• Coordination of the qualification and validation of new plants
• Sub-project management of large projects and project management of small investment projects
• Optimization of existing production processes (e.g., through process engineering, automation, or PAT solutions)

Your profile

• For this position, we are looking for a flexible, assertive and team-oriented personality
• You work proactively and in a structured manner, are resilient and reliable
• You have a Bachelor / Master's degree in chemical engineering, process engineering or a comparable qualification
• You bring at least 5 years of professional experience and have knowledge in GMP, plant and piping construction, mechanical engineering as well as occupational safety and explosion protection
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Knowledge in lyophilization is an advantage
• Very good German skills (C1 or native language), basic knowledge of English (B2) as well as confident handling of MS-Office are required.
