COME AS YOU ARE AND SHOW US WHAT YOU CAN DO... with us, you can expect an exciting challenge in our 25hours & Mama Shelter hotel team Job Description What your workday looks like... • Brand ambassador for the 25hours and Mama Shelter hotels: development and maintenance of personal customer contacts as well as main contact person for business partners and customers in the corresponding business segment • Acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customers for the MICE & Corporate and Leisure Groups segments via telephone and activities • Participation in the creation and implementation of annual plans, campaigns and activities • Representation of the hotels at trade fairs, networking events, sales visits and events • Continuous market observation and analysis • Conducting hotel site inspections • Development of strategies and measures to increase the company's success in consultation with the Sales, Marketing and Revenue departments • Maintenance of the CRM, sales administrative activities and follow-ups • Responsibility for sales performance via MICE brokerage platforms Qualifications Your personality matters more than your CV... • You have already worked in a hotel of comparable size and have not only managed the events department, but also assumed responsibilities as a team member • You speak fluent German and English, other languages are an advantage • You have the ability to inspire people with our concept and are a passionate salesperson. Nevertheless, you know what it means to manage administrative work properly and reliably • Ideally, you are already familiar with systems such as Cvent, Anais (or other CRM systems) and Opera • You are a doer - and openly admit when you have made a mistake • You bring not only your skills, but also your character Additional Information What we offer you...
