Your tasks Derivation of growth potential in the Ice Cream segment by analyzing panel and market data Development of channel- and customer-specific assortment strategies (Retail & Impulse) Identification of growth opportunities & trends based on market, consumer, and shopper insights Analysis of assortments and placement concepts including data-based recommendations for retail partners Proactive and partnership-based cooperation with the Category Management of the retail trade Creation of Category-Business-Reviews for key customers and internal management teams Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development and ensuring consistent implementation of the Category strategy at the POS Your profile Experience: At least 5 years of solid professional experience in Category Management within the FMCG industry (preferably in the field of frozen products) Education: Business studies (uni/FH) with a focus on Marketing/Sales or comparable education.
