Job description
We are looking for a friendly, creative, loving and helpful personality! At KiTaHort PekiLand GmbH in Merenschwand, we care for children from the age of 3 months until the completion of primary school. Our offer includes pedagogical, family-complementary full-day and half-day care, fringe hours care, a lunch table as well as holiday care. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a flexible and committed personality as a co-educator / co-group leader (60-100 %) for care in the KiTa and in the Hort, effective immediately or by arrangement. What you do:

Accompanying children & team: You actively support the team with the daily tasks and lovingly accompany the children in everyday KiTa and Hort life.
Co-design & leadership: As a co-group leader, you take on shared responsibility for the pedagogical work in the group and the organization of everyday life.
Creating a sense of well-being: You promote a positive, harmonious climate in which children and employees feel equally comfortable.
Being a role model: You take on an active role model function towards children, interns and trainees.
What you bring with you:

Education: A completed training as Dipl. Fachfrau/-mann Betreuung (FaBe) specialty child or as Kleinkinderzieher(in).
Passion: You are a reliable reference person and it is important to you to individually promote the versatile development of the children entrusted to us.
Sense of responsibility: You enjoy taking on responsibility and enjoy organizing everyday life together with the children and the team.
Personality: You are absolutely team-oriented, flexible and maintain calm and an overview even in hectic moments.
