SUSTAINABILITY DELEGATE AT 80 % The Municipality of Montreux is advertising a position as: Main tasks: Coordinate the implementation of the municipal sustainability strategy and the climate plan Identify development potential in municipal action in favor of sustainability and propose an approach to fill them Coordinate the sustainability office and the Sustainability Working Group to ensure the transversality of the actions of the different services Provide support to the services and accompany them in the implementation of projects Assist and advise the Municipality on any file relating to climate change and sustainable development Draft administrative documents (reports, municipal proposals, etc...), popularization and scientific documents for their dissemination and publication Desired profile: Holder of a university, polytechnic or HES master's degree or training deemed equivalent in the field of sustainability, climate and/or the environment Confirmed experience of 7-10 years in functions of a strategic nature, transversal coordination and project management, ideally both in a public community and in the private sector Demonstrated expertise in the fields of sustainability and experience in participatory approaches Excellent capacity for analysis and synthesis, ecosystemic vision and pragmatism allowing for an agile transition from strategy to operational.
