Within the gardens of the association La Branche, we grow field vegetables and vegetables under greenhouses and cold tunnels. We work according to Bio and Biodynamic standards, with certification. We produce most of our seedlings, starting in February, in a heated tunnel for the occasion. We also contribute to the cultivation of flowers and aromatic herbs intended for the making of herbal teas and aromatic herbs, in collaboration with the herbal tea workshop.

We ensure that the households of our association, welcoming approximately 150 beneficiaries, receive vegetables meeting the highest quality requirements. We work within a team consisting of market gardeners with CFC who also have the role of socio-professional masters to supervise and support people with disabilities working in the garden.

Mission :

• As a team, participate in the various activities of the farm with the beneficiaries (people with disabilities).
• Participation in the various weekly organizational meetings

We wish for :

• A curious, motivated, autonomous person with a good capacity for initiative
• A person with a taste for teamwork and good autonomy
• A person with patience and empathy, as well as good interpersonal skills
• Flexibility of adaptation for the schedule and activities
• A commitment of two years minimum
