Civil Engineering Project Manager

As a project manager, you will lead civil engineering works from the preliminary design stage to commissioning, in the railway sector.

Tasks

• Manage a portfolio of multidisciplinary projects from preliminary design to commissioning
• Ensure overall project management: costs, deadlines, quality and safety
• Coordinate internal specialists, external consultants and various stakeholders
• Ensure the interface with railway operations
• Control and validate designs, dimension load-bearing structures
• Conduct internal expertise if necessary
• Represent projects in bodies or with external organizations

Profile

• Degree in civil engineering (ETH, HES/HEI or equivalent qualification)
• Several years of experience in an engineering office, construction management or project management
• Solid technical knowledge in calculation, design and execution of load-bearing structures
• Experience in reinforced concrete and steel construction
• French level C1 and German level B2
• Initial experience in railway project management is an advantage
