• Morning Znüni preparation (fresh sandwiches, etc.)
• Preparing and cooking a complete and freshly prepared lunch menu per day, consisting of
• a homemade soup
• a salad
• a main course
• as well as a dessert every Friday
• In addition to the lunch menu, fresh sandwiches, Birchermüsli and Wähen are offered as alternative nourishment
• Cleaning and care of the kitchen
• Elaborating the weekly menu plan
• Responsible for compliance with legal safety and hygiene regulations
• During internal meetings/events: preparation of Apéro pastry, providing coffee, Gipfeli, fruit, etc.

In addition, if you bring the following experiences and skills, you might be exactly the right team member:

• Completed apprenticeship as a cook and/or several years of professional experience in the hospitality industry
• Good German skills
• Readiness for work assignments from approx. [blank] to [blank] o'clock on 3 days per week
