Job description
In our beautiful Kita in Horw, we are looking for a motivated, trained childcare specialist as a co-educator to complement our team as of 1. September 2026. Our premises are filled with light, nature-oriented, and designed with much love. They leave a lot of space open so that the children can immerse themselves fully in play and nature and thus develop optimally. Your tasks:

Support the group leader in the care and nurturing of the children
The nature-pedagogical promotion and accompaniment of the entrusted children
Implementation of an age- and interest-oriented daily routine for children
Implementation of weekly plans and projects
Active participation in team meetings
What you ideally bring with you:

A completed training as FABE Kind, educator or an equivalent, recognized qualification in Switzerland
Team player
flexible and innovative personality
self-initiative, creativity and flexibility
independent, structured and responsible way of working
English skills are an advantage
