YOUR MISSIONS

Reception & customer experience

• Welcome a premium clientele with elegance, discretion, and kindness
• Create a true relationship of trust with each client
• Guarantee an irreproachable ASTRIA experience before, during, and after each appointment
• Ensure the follow-up and loyalty of your clientele

Consultation & advice

• Participate in personalized consultations
• Identify the needs, expectations, and objectives of each client
• Present the different solutions and technologies offered by ASTRIA
• Build and recommend personalized journeys
• Clearly explain the services, their objectives, their process, and their rates
• Answer questions and accompany the client in their decision-making

Services

• Perform the non-invasive aesthetic services offered by ASTRIA
• Use the center's technologies and equipment in accordance with established protocols
• Ensure a constant level of excellence in the execution of services
• Strictly respect hygiene, safety, and confidentiality protocols

Business development

• Develop and build loyalty within your client portfolio
• Transform consultations into services and personalized journeys
• Propose complementary services in a relevant manner when they truly meet the client's needs
• Ensure the follow-up of journeys and encourage continuity of care
• Participate in achieving the center's commercial objectives
• Actively contribute to the turnover and development of ASTRIA
• Be comfortable with the sale of high-value services and journeys
