Tasks ###

• planning and coordinating LKW transports in import, export, and national traffic
• creating and controlling transport, customs, and security documents
• supporting customers, art houses, galleries, and logistics partners
• monitoring deadlines, transport routes, and sensitive handling specifications
• organizing special requirements such as temperature-controlled transports or secured loading processes
• recording and updating shipment data in the internal system

Requirements ###

• completed training as a Speditionskauffrau*mann or comparable
• experience in the commercial processing of LKW transports (import, export, or domestic)
• solid knowledge of processes in transport logistics and customs clearance
• high accuracy and sense of responsibility when dealing with valuable shipments
• confident handling of digital tools and transport management systems
