WHAT YOU WILL DO: Participate in the design, configuration, and evolution of the ERP Infor M3 for the Production and Supply Chain domains Develop expertise in industrial processes and ensure the role of functional referent to the business departments Manage industrial data, including routings, bills of materials, and production data Analyze production, planning, and logistics processes in order to identify malfunctions and opportunities for improvement, then translate business needs into functional requirements Facilitate business workshops, coordinate tests, train Key Users, and support change management Provide functional support, analyze incidents and their root causes, and contribute to the ERP roadmap as well as transformation projects WHAT YOU BRING: Bachelor or Master in Management Information Systems, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or an equivalent field Proven experience in an industrial production environment, with expertise in analysis and improvement of Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes Participation in industrial ERP projects (Infor M3, SAP, Dynamics, or equivalent), with a strong business orientation, an end\-to\-end vision, and a continuous improvement approach. Experience in the agri-food industry is an asset Possess training in Infor M3 Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Planning.
