For the newly created position of Specialist Quality Management, we are looking for a committed and experienced personality as of 01.01.2027.

Tasks ##

• You will build a cross-departmental quality management system for the SAW and continuously develop it.
• You create or unify standards and instruments for the definition and further development of processes.
• You promote a uniform understanding of quality throughout the organization.
• You support compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements in the areas of quality, feedback, and data protection.
• You support the further development of data protection and Records Management.

Profile ##

• Completed studies or further training in the field of business administration, quality management, information management, or organizational development, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in process management, organizational development, as well as in the establishment and further development of quality management systems
• Knowledge of data protection and Records Management as well as an understanding of corresponding legal and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and structured way of working as well as the ability to develop and communicate practice-oriented solutions
• High level of personal responsibility, communication and cooperation skills, as well as a confident and professional appearance
