For an established freight forwarding company, we are looking for an independent freight forwarding agent for the processing of ocean freight shipments in import and export with a focus on LCL/FCL as well as the support of important Key Accounts. Vacancy No. 6661 ## Tasks ### • organizing and coordinating ocean freight shipments in import and export • processing and monitoring LCL and FCL shipments from order placement to delivery • supporting and advising existing Key Accounts in daily operational business • creating and processing offers, transport orders and ocean freight documents • coordinating shipments with shipping lines, agents, customers and other international partners • monitoring transit times, delivery dates and shipment status as well as initiating measures in case of deviations • processing customer inquiries and complaints as well as independently finding solutions Requirements ### • completed training as a freight forwarding agent (Speditionskaufmann/-frau) or a comparable training in international forwarding • sound professional experience in ocean freight import/export in a Swiss freight forwarding company • experienced in the support of Key Accounts and in direct customer contact • independent, reliable and customer-oriented way of working with strong organizational skills IT ### MS-Office - good knowledge Languages ### German: m+s very good English: m+s good to very good Start date ### short-term or by arrangement Work location ### Region Zürich (Kloten and surroundings) Special ### A varied field of activity with direct contact with customers and business partners - sounds exciting, doesn't it?
