Ittigen, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Define objectives for the integrated lifecycle management of national roads and ensure their implementation • Harmonize and digitize processes for inspection, condition assessment, condition forecasting, and planning of measures concerning pavements, structures, tunnels, and routes • Develop processes and implement tools to translate infrastructure and condition-related data into prioritized maintenance measures and targeted investments • Develop uniform decision-making and operational processes across the entire organization and link central and decentralized organizational units within a coordinated steering system • Prepare decision-making bases and defend the project to management <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree in engineering, economics, computer science, or an equivalent discipline • Several years of experience in the transformation, management, or development of complex infrastructures in the fields of real estate, roads, or transport • In-depth knowledge in infrastructure, real estate, or asset management as well as lifecycle management • Proven experience in the successful management of complex and cross-functional programs, portfolios, or transformation projects • Strategic thinking associated with experience in process design, governance, and data-driven decision models • Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and the ability to communicate in English in a professional context <br /> In a few words Through your work, you create the foundations for managing investments of several billions efficiently and transparently throughout the lifecycle.
