You work at the interface between infrastructure, attack detection, and customer consulting. In doing so, you investigate anomalies, implement improvements directly, and bring your findings into new projects. Your task ##

• You check customer environments for security risks and develop concrete improvements for systems, access, and configurations
• You realize infrastructure projects with a security focus and accompany their introduction, testing, and documentation
• You evaluate security-relevant events, narrow down causes, and support the restoration of secure operations
• You ensure the reliable function of a security platform and clarify problems with data delivery and evaluation
• You further develop investigation processes, reduce false alarms, and automate recurring work steps
• You coordinate measures with customers and internal specialists and communicate technical results comprehensibly

Your profile ##

• Technical educational background and professional practice in the support of IT infrastructures or security solutions
• Familiarity with Microsoft environments, especially Windows, Microsoft 365 as well as Active Directory and Entra ID
• Practical touchpoints with security measures, for example device protection, system hardening, or the securing of user access
• Interest in the analysis of attacks and the further development of protection mechanisms
• Experience with Defender XDR or Sentinel is helpful; PowerShell and KQL are additional plus points
• Analytical thinking, careful handling of customer systems, and a reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of collaboration and consulting as well as willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
