We are a young, growing company based in Flaach (ZH) and we develop and build special machines for demanding industrial applications. At the same time, we operate our own production for medical products, in which we manufacture high-quality components for use in medical technology under controlled cleanroom conditions.

To strengthen our production team, we are looking for a reliable, careful, and flexible production employee, ideally with experience in industrial production.

Flexible work assignments – also possible with a small workload

Our production capacity depends on the respective incoming orders and can therefore fluctuate from month to month. We deliberately build our production team with several employees in different part-time workloads.

The employment is therefore on an hourly basis with a flexible workload of approx. 20–80%. The specific assignments are planned depending on production requirements and can vary.

Applicants who, for example, only want to work one day per week are also explicitly welcome. Likewise, the position is suitable for persons who are deliberately looking for flexible part-time employment and want to combine their availability with other obligations.

Your tasks:

To strengthen our production team, you are responsible for the reliable and quality-conscious manufacture of our medical products in the cleanroom.

You mainly operate and monitor a fully automatic production system for the manufacture of protective caps for heart catheters. In doing so, you ensure a trouble-free production process and make an important contribution to the quality and safety of our products.

Your main tasks include:

• Operation and monitoring of a fully automatic production system
• Setting up and preparing the system according to work instructions

Troubleshooting simple malfunctions and recognizing deviations in the production process

• Support during format, material, and product changes
• Carrying out quality controls and visual inspections according to specifications

Documentation of production and quality data according to GMP specifications

• Careful packaging and labeling of the produced parts
• Compliance with all hygiene, cleanroom, and safety regulations
• Carrying out cleaning work and supporting maintenance work
• Assisting in the optimization of processes and in the continuous improvement of our production processes
• Reporting quality deviations, malfunctions, and special occurrences to the responsible employees

Your profile:

For this task, we are looking for a person who works reliably, brings a strong awareness of quality, and feels comfortable even in a dynamic production environment.

Ideally, you bring the following:

• Experience in industrial production, preferably in medical technology, pharma, food, or a comparable industry
• Experience working in a cleanroom is an advantage, but not a requirement

Technical understanding and interest in operating automated production systems

• Very careful, clean, and reliable way of working
• High awareness of quality, hygiene, and responsibility
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness to be deployed according to need and production volume
• Flexibility regarding workdays and deployment times
• Independent way of working and at the same time enjoyment of teamwork
• Willingness to learn new things and take on responsibility
