You have sound knowledge in maintenance and want to pass your knowledge on to others? In this versatile role, you combine technical expertise with training competence and make a decisive contribution to the further development of our employees as well as to ensuring smooth production operations.

Your tasks
Conveying knowledge and strengthening competencies

• You ensure that our employees in production and maintenance acquire the necessary electrical and mechanical specialist knowledge as well as practical skills to work safely, efficiently, and with quality awareness.
• You design, plan, and develop target-group-oriented training and further education measures in the areas of electricity and mechanics, both internally and in cooperation with external partners.
• You convey theoretical foundations and practical specialist knowledge in training sessions, workshops, and directly at the production plants.
• You assess the learning success and professional competencies of the employees and support them in their continuous further development.
• You accompany new as well as existing employees on their professional development path and promote a sustainable learning culture within the company.

Actively shaping technology

• You support the maintenance team with maintenance, repair, and servicing work on our modern production plants.
• You contribute to ensuring high plant availability and a trouble-free production process.
• You take on on-call duties within the framework of operational requirements.

Your profile

• Completed technical training in the field of electricity, mechanics, or mechatronics with further training as a Techniker HF, Meister, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in an industrial production environment, ideally supplemented by experience in the training, instruction, or coaching of employees.
• Joy in passing on knowledge and promoting people in their professional development.
• Pronounced didactic skills as well as the ability to convey complex technical contexts in an understandable and practical manner.
• High communication and social competence as well as a confident appearance when dealing with employees of different levels of experience and competence.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Good English skills are an advantage.
