What you can achieve ##

• You lead the directly subordinate employees in the cleaning team based on performance, behavior, and development goals and ensure optimal deployment planning.
• You organize, coordinate, and control the daily building cleaning and ensure a high service quality.
• You organize and coordinate the daily post process.
• You support the Team Lead Facility Services in administrative tasks and in on-site coordination.
• You independently take care of minor maintenance and repair work in tenant fit-outs, on operating facilities, and furniture.
• You organize and coordinate external maintenance and repair work, obtain quotes, compare and evaluate them, and check work reports.
• You care for plants in the indoor and outdoor areas and contribute to a well-maintained environment.
• You annually commission the water feature, check the technology, clean the water basin, and monitor the water quality.
• You operate, monitor, and control building technology systems, the building management system, and safety technology systems (BMA).
• You carry out regular inspection rounds, are present on-site, and actively support during alarms and emergencies.

What you bring with you ##

• You have completed training as a Fachfrau/Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ or a technical or manual basic training.
• You bring several years of professional experience and ideally initial leadership experience in the field of building cleaning, facility management, or technical services.
• You have experience in the leadership, motivation, and development of employees. You have good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• You communicate confidently in German and convince through a service-oriented and reliable way of working. You enjoy contact with internal and external stakeholders at different hierarchical levels.
• You are characterized by flexibility, organizational talent, and a high level of personal responsibility.
