Tasks

• Functional and personnel leadership of the production department (7 employees)
• Ensuring timely and quality-compliant processing of manufacturing orders
• Process responsibility for production and, in the process, operating and optimizing our ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)
• Collaboration in production planning and post-calculation

Requirements

• Experienced, motivating leadership personality with a "hands-on mentality"
• Resilience and flexibility, even in hectic situations
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and good comprehension
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Completed training such as printing technologist or print media processor and several years of leadership experience in a similar function
