Das Bürgerliches Waisenhaus Basel is an institution of the Bürgergemeinde der StadtBasel. The pedagogical offerings include six inpatient residential groups, a transitional group and assisted living as well as complementary services in the field of work pedagogy. The offering goes beyond the inpatient sector. Thus, the Waisenhaus offers Kita places at four different locations. As well as the Tagesfamilien und Elternberatung Basel-Stadt.
To reinforce our team, we are looking for per immediately or by agreement a / an Accounting Employee 80% (f,m,d)

Area of responsibility:

• Accounts receivable accounting for inpatient pedagogy incl. dunning management
• Accounts receivable accounting general incl. dunning management
• Deputy for accounts receivable accounting of the Kita’s
• Written and telephone contacts with authorities, groups, parents and clients
• Banking area in the financial accounting: posting, reconciliation, E-Banking etc.
• General accounting and administrative work
• Participation in closings

Requirements:

• Commercial basic training or corresponding professional experience
• Flair for numbers, conscientious, efficient and careful way of working
• Proficient German in speaking and writing
• Team spirit, open personality, who feels comfortable in a lively 6-person office
• Good MS-Office knowledge
