What you will do with us
You take responsibility for inpatient and outpatient reporting – from scanning and formatting to content review, as well as sending and closing cases.
You perform controlling tasks and ensure compliance with all relevant deadlines.
You handle correspondence (telephone, mail, email) with internal and external contact persons.
You relieve the ward physicians and senior physicians in all administrative tasks and take over holiday cover within the team.
You organize and plan the outpatient consultations and ensure smooth processes.

because you completed your basic medical training in a hospital and bring completed training as a Medical Secretary - a mandatory requirement for this position.
with your very good knowledge of Office programs, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, which are central for this position.
through your customer-oriented thinking and acting – towards patients, referrers, and internal stakeholders – as well as your entrepreneurial understanding.
thank to your profound knowledge of medical terminology, which you acquired in a hospital environment.
