Plant and Apparatus Builder with Leadership Tasks (w/m) (100%)

Field of tasks: • Assembly, installation and maintenance of plants and apparatus according to the technical drawings and specifications • Leading a small team (2-4 persons), includes: • Work preparation from design drawings • Work scheduling and work assignment to our employees • Checking the work progress and the execution quality • Preparing and providing the materials, vehicles and equipment • Assembly of individual parts and assemblies into complex plants and apparatus (approx. 60%) Requirements: • Completed training as a plant and apparatus builder, industrial mechanic or a comparable qualification • Preferably sound knowledge in welding technology • Several years of professional experience in the assembly and installation of plants and apparatus, ideally in an industrial environment • Flexibility, motivation and resilience even in stressful situations • Good German language skills in speaking and writing, • Driving license class B, trailer is an advantage We offer: • Interesting and varied field of tasks • High degree of freedom for action and design • Independent work • Collegial, small team with an open communication culture • Familiar working atmosphere
