To strengthen the finance team, we are looking for a committed, reliable, and independent personality.   Accounting Specialist (80-100%) Your tasks In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for the financial accounting of several companies and work closely with the finance team. Your area of responsibility includes, among other things: • Management of the financial accounting of individual companies • Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings • Support in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and management reports • Preparation of tax declarations as well as reconciliations • Processing of payment transactions • Creation of evaluations, statistics, and reportings • Administrative tasks in contact with banks, insurance companies, and authorities • Participation in exciting projects in the areas of ERP, digitalization, and process optimization • Support of the team management in day-to-day operations   What you bring with you • Further training in finance and accounting (federal diploma or in training) • Several years of professional experience in financial accounting • Good knowledge according to OR; experience with Swiss GAAP FER is an advantage • Good German skills; English and French skills are welcome • Confident handling of ERP systems and ideally Power BI • Independent, exact, and structured way of working • Team-oriented, resilient, and reliable personality   What you can look forward to • Responsible and varied activity with a lot of personal responsibility • Modern working environment with short decision-making paths • Exciting projects regarding digitalization and process optimization • Personal and professional development opportunities • 40-hour week • Collegial team and appreciative corporate culture   Work location: Region Zürichsee Start date: By arrangement.
