For the Grünegg house in the Zurich region, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a Healthcare Specialist CFC 80-100% in night shift Your tasks • Holistic care and support of residents in accordance with our care concept and the care process • Taking charge of tasks as a reference person in care • Participation in the care process and the assessment of care needs with RAI/BESA for assigned residents • • Electronic documentation of care via CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone) • Planning and accompaniment of medical visits • Taking charge of daily responsibility • Taking charge of tasks as a thematic manager of a specialized subject and participation in the group network for quality of care • Autonomous assumption of responsibility for the entire ward during the night shift Your profile • Completed training as a healthcare specialist CFC • Professional experience in long-term care desired • RAI/BESA knowledge desired or willingness to take these courses (covered) • A warm and humorous attitude • Taste for varied challenges • Good command of German, spoken and written Why Tertianum?
