Scheduling Specialist / Scheduler (M/F)

• 26 June 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Geneva Mandated by a high-end watch manufacturer in the Geneva region for a permanent position, we are looking for a: SCHEDULING SPECIALIST / SCHEDULER (M/F) DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSION • Establish the production program and plan the work of the workshops • Verify the feasibility of the production program by validating the charge/capacity calculations of the workshops and supplies • Create and launch production orders according to the production plan. • Ensure the availability of components and supply them to the relevant department • Monitor the production orders and deliveries • Ensure the processing of returned parts and rework. • Identify and analyze potential shortcomings and discrepancies. • Participate in optimization and acceleration projects for flows. • Conduct analyses to optimize inventory levels • Manage inventory and indicators for production sector management. EXPECTED PROFILE • HES engineer's degree, ES technician with a focus on production management, industrial engineering, supply chain. • First experience in Switzerland in short-term scheduling/planning, in watchmaking would be a plus. • Mastery of computer tools, particularly Excel • Good knowledge of an ERP (SAP, pro-concept, M3) If you want to seize this opportunity to apply your recognized skills in production management, apply online as soon as possible!
