The canton hospital of Zug serves the health of the population of the canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Approximately 1'200 employees, including 180 in initial and continuous training, work in various fields. Every year, we treat and accompany more than 11'500 inpatients and more than 70'000 outpatients. More than 27'500 people are treated every year in the interdisciplinary emergency center. For our finance department, we are looking for a controller starting from 1 January 2027 or by agreement.

Your tasks ##

• Prepare quarterly and monthly reports for the clinics and other sectors and support the clinical sectors in their financial questions
• Support the implementation and development of a management information system
• Participate in budgeting, projections as well as the development of HR controlling
• Support the development of cost and service calculation according to REKOLE®

Your profile ##

• Appropriate training in finance (university/HES or certified expert) with additional training in management controlling
• Experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in an acute hospital
• Strong IT affinity and knowledge of common sectoral software are an advantage
• Analytical mindset and great communication skills in contact with different professional groups
