• You will take over the personnel and functional leadership of approx 30 employees in the filling of various ice cream specialties.
• You are responsible for the coordination of 7 filling plants in production.
• You take responsibility for the further development of your employees through development and target setting meetings.
• You actively work on the continuous improvement of our processes and further develop the defined standards.
• You act as a hub in communication between production, technology, and production planning.

This is what you bring with you ##

• You have a completed vocational training in the food environment (cook, baker, etc.).
• You bring several years of leadership experience of medium-sized teams in the food environment.
• You are proficient in using SAP, the common M365 tools, as well as MES.
• You are willing to take on on-call duty (every 3rd Saturday, rare assignments).
• You have business-fluent German skills in speaking and writing.
