Receptionist - Hota Hotel Saignelégier (M/F) at 80%

As of 1 December 2026, Hota Hotels will take over the operation of the hotel, seminar and inn section in Saignelégier.

As part of this takeover, we wish to build a team of female and male employees who are passionate about hospitality, committed, enthusiastic and enjoy teamwork.

We are therefore looking for a receptionist who wishes to participate actively in this new adventure and in the daily life of the establishment.

Your tasks:

• Welcome and assist our clients throughout their stay
• Ensure daily reception tasks: check-in/out, reservations, billing, emails and calls
• Handle morning and evening reception shifts, both during the week and on weekends
• Inform clients about the hotel and activities in the region
• Participate in the coordination of groups and seminars
• Participate actively in the life of the establishment and in the satisfaction of our clients
• Gradually take on responsibilities in certain areas of the hotel according to your skills and interests

Your profile:

• Experience in the hotel or catering industry is a plus, but not mandatory
• Very good knowledge of French; knowledge of German and English is important
• Comfortable with IT tools
• Welcoming, dynamic, versatile and organized personality
• Passion for hospitality and contact with customers
• Team spirit, autonomy and sense of initiative
• Availability to work variable hours, weekends and public holidays
