For an established engineering, planning and surveying office in civil and structural engineering (with a focus on municipal engineering), we are looking for a committed personality to strengthen the team.

Project Manager Construction Law / Building Permit 80 - 100 %

Your tasks

• Legal review and processing of building permit applications
• Advising municipalities, clients and planners on construction law and procedural matters
• Drafting statements, decisions and other construction law documents
• Coordination with authorities and specialist offices
• Collaboration in the Law and Construction department

Your profile

• Training in the field of architecture, structural engineering, spatial planning or legal sciences (or comparable experience in construction law)
• Experience in planning and construction law (ideally Canton Zürich)
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Independent, structured and team-oriented way of working
