Job Description Under the responsibility of the Director Tax & Treasury and as part of the creation of a new position, you will bring your expertise to the Group in order to support it in managing complex tax issues in Switzerland and internationally. In this framework, your activities are to: * Advise the Group and its subsidiaries on all Swiss and international tax issues (corporate tax, direct and indirect taxes, VAT, etc.) * Analyze the tax impacts of strategic projects, transactions, acquisitions, restructurings and business initiatives * Participate in international projects by assessing tax risks and implications and supporting their implementation in different countries. * Ensure tax monitoring and evaluate the impacts of regulatory developments on the Group. * Guarantee tax compliance via the control of deferred taxes, the effective tax rate and the continuous improvement of processes, controls and documentation * Contribute to the Group's compliance (data collection, calculations, reporting and documentation) for the OECD Pillar 2 * Transfer Pricing: participate in Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), transfer pricing documentation and the monitoring of intra-group transactions. * Provide support in the context of managing tax audits, information requests and litigation * Support HR, finance, and legal teams on tax aspects within the framework of cross-functional projects Qualifications * You hold a university degree at Master's level in Economics, Finance * You have at least 7 years of experience in taxation, transfer pricing or in a similar field, acquired in a company or a consulting firm * You have solid knowledge in corporate taxation, indirect taxation, transfer pricing, OECD Pillar 2 and tax compliance * You possess strong analytical, synthesis and data processing skills * You demonstrate a real capacity to collaborate with various interlocutors and to evolve in an international and multicultural environment * You are comfortable in the management and coordination of cross-functional tax projects, involving several functions and jurisdictions * You know how to interact effectively with tax authorities, external advisors and various internal stakeholders, while contributing to the achievement of the Group's objectives * You are recognized for your rigor and your ability to maintain a robust tax control framework compliant with regulatory requirements * You are fluent in French and English Additional Information What we offer: * Coverage of health insurance (basic and supplementary) * 5 annual weeks of vacation and 2 additional weeks between Christmas and New Year thanks to the daily accumulation of additional minutes * A contribution to your sporting or cultural activities * The possibility, depending on the function, to work remotely * A company restaurant * An advantageous LPP Do you wish to express your expertise within Audemars Piguet?
