Specialist in Energy Billing Your challenge: • Responsibility for timely and qualitatively flawless energy and service billing • Planning, coordination and execution of billings • Checking, plausibility and control of measurement, tariff and billing data • Maintenance and administration of tariffs, prices and contracts in the billing system • Ensuring correct representation of new products and services in the system • Technical support for customer service in complex billing and invoicing cases • Processing of special cases as well as changes in contract and billing • Coordination with internal departments and external IT service providers • Leadership and participation in projects for the further development, digitization and automation of processes • Continuous optimization of the processes between energy data management and billing What you bring: • Commercial or technical basic training with several years of experience in energy billing or invoicing • Compulsory practical experience with innosolvenergy (IS-E) as well as in-depth knowledge of billing and invoicing processes in the energy industry • Very good IT user skills, especially in Excel and in ERP, EDM or billing systems • Further education in the field of business administration, accounting or controlling is an advantage • Analytical, structured and independent working method with a pronounced quality awareness • High service orientation, sense of responsibility and resilience even in time-critical phases What we offer you: • Flat hierarchy and short decision-making paths • A appreciative you-culture • Generous support for training and further education • Contribution to the health insurance premium • Attractive social benefits, which are largely financed by the employer • Half-fare subscription as a gift • Lunch and REKA checks
