Your tasks You are responsible for the procurement of technical components and manufacturing parts – from supplier selection through inquiries and quotation comparisons to price negotiations and supplier audits You conduct price and contract negotiations with national and international suppliers independently and confidently You continuously monitor and optimize supply chains and thereby ensure high material availability With your eye for what is essential, you actively contribute to the sustainable optimization of costs and inventory levels As a central contact person, you support internal and external stakeholders with all questions relating to purchasing You reliably maintain and manage purchasing master data in SAP You actively further develop our supplier network, consistently implement the defined procurement strategy and contribute your own ideas for further development You actively participate in procurement projects as well as in new developments and product changes and support the departments involved Your profile You bring a basic technical education and several years of professional experience in a comparable role; further training in the field of procurement and machine construction experience are an advantage You communicate with business fluency in German and English – both orally and in writing You work routinely with the MS-Office suite and ideally have experience with the relevant SAP modules You convince through your commitment, your resilience and your high sense of responsibility and actively contribute to successful cooperation in the team With your hands-on mentality, you tackle topics proactively and act in a goal- and success-oriented manner with an entrepreneurial eye for what is essential Our offer to you Responsible and versatile tasks in a small and dynamic team High degree of freedom for action and design in an international environment Flexible working hours with the possibility to occasionally work from the home office Top-modern workplace with sun terrace and nearby sports facilities Your contact person Jelena Stankovic looks forward to your application!
