Tasks

• Management and coordination of the cleaning team • Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene and occupational safety regulations • Training and induction of employees • Ensuring high quality standards in all areas • Regular quality controls • Planning and coordination of the cleaning team • Checking, cleaning and sorting of work equipment • Effective communication with guests and team members • Flexibility regarding working hours, including weekend and holiday shifts

Requirements

• • Experience in hotel room cleaning
• • Experience in a leadership position or as a team leader
• • Independent working, high reliability and ability to work in a team
• • Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and holidays

Advantageous

• • Very good German, English or Spanish skills in spoken and written form

Salary

4000 - 4400 CHF / month
