Sales Consultant External Service (m/w/d) Your Tasks Sales advice of our products to metal construction companies Active market prospecting and customer follow-up Regular visits to customers and their technical employees and processing of inquiries Competent reading of technical plans and intensive customer advice on the choice of fittings Active and anticipatory follow-up of offers and orders in collaboration with the internal service Responsibility for the processing and follow-up of customer complaints until satisfaction Regular contact and collaboration with key suppliers Regular training on products and services Close collaboration with the internal service and colleagues from the external service Responsibility for a region as well as for strengthening our presence on the market Your Profile Technical training in metal construction and/or draughtsman with proven experience in the field Complementary commercial training or retail manager in hardware an asset Experience in external service Ease in reading and interpreting technical plans in locksmithing Excellent interpersonal skills, solution-oriented while enjoying accompanying our customers in their projects and mandates.
