Neuchâtel, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-80% Your contribution <br /> • Collaborate on all activities surrounding the project to implement a survey on the prevalence of gender-based violence, in accordance with the Council of Europe's Istanbul Convention • Actively participate in all stages of survey production (from collection to processing, analysis, and dissemination of data) as well as in the independent management of ad hoc requests • Collaborate with the polling institute in charge of the first cycle of the survey and, in view of the second cycle, participate in the work for the public tender for the selection of the polling institute • Actively assist the project manager, providing answers to questions concerning specific topics related to the field of expertise and maintaining regular contact with both data providers and users of the results, public or private institutions, and the media <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • Higher education diploma in social sciences or psychology with good knowledge of law and/or additional training in criminology, statistics, or related to the topic of violence • Good IT skills, mastery of statistical tools, and practical experience in data analysis (e.g., R, Python) • Experience in project management, good knowledge of commonly used management tools, and excellent organizational skills constitute a preferential qualification • Strong communication, analytical, and editorial skills • Active knowledge of two official languages and excellent knowledge of English <br /> In summary You will contribute to the implementation of a new survey on the prevalence of gender-based violence, in close collaboration with the project manager. You will thus participate in the implementation of the Istanbul Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence, which Switzerland has adopted.
