Your field of activity • You take technical responsibility for our company-specific software and ensure that its operation and further development meet current requirements • The administration and ongoing maintenance of the IT and OT systems in use are part of your everyday life, whereby you always pay attention to quality, stability, and efficiency • You create and maintain technical documentation such as instructions, communication plans, and documents in Confluence, so that knowledge remains available in a structured manner • Regarding topics related to Cyber Security in the OT area, you participate actively and support the implementation of effective measures to protect our systems • As the first point of contact in operations, you provide competent First Level Support and ensure that problems are solved quickly and sustainably • With your contribution, well-thought-out concepts, clear work instructions, and practice-oriented training materials are created, which facilitate operations in the long term Your expertise • Completed training in electronics, automation, or computer science - or career changer with several years of relevant experience in a similar function • Your several years of practice in the operation of ICT or automation systems has given you a broad understanding of networks as well as in-depth knowledge in the area of OT and automation • With your technical and analytical thinking skills, you find structured and efficient solution approaches even in demanding situations • You enjoy working in a team, take responsibility, are reliable, and at the same time bring initiative and motivation to everyday life • Very good German skills and good English skills enable you to communicate clearly with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders Darko Miljkovic Head of Energy Services & Infrastructure darko.miljkovic@bac.ch We do not wish to receive inquiries from personnel service providers.
