You appreciate the combination of direct patient contact, organizational tasks, and medical activities. In the nephrology outpatient clinic, you accompany patients through their appointment and, together with the team, ensure a smooth process. In doing so, you specifically contribute your expertise, your independence, and your service orientation. The position is available immediately or by arrangement. #### MPA Nephrology 60% # Your tasks #### • You receive patients and are the first point of contact for internal and external concerns. • You plan and coordinate the nephrology consultations and take on the resulting administrative tasks. • You perform venous blood sampling and assist with medication administration, especially intravenous, intramuscular, and subcutaneous therapies. • You supervise and process 24-hour urine collections according to the applicable specifications. • You work closely with the medical team and contribute to a smooth process in the outpatient clinic. • You take responsibility in your area of tasks and actively participate in teamwork. Your profile #### • You have training as MPA EFZ, dipl. Pflegefachperson, or Arztsekretär/in with corresponding further training for venous blood sampling. • Ideally, you bring experience in an outpatient clinic or a comparable function. • You work independently, reliably, and maintain an overview even in a busy environment. • You can work regularly on the fixed working days Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. • You encounter patients in a friendly, professional manner and with high service orientation. • You communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written; further language skills are an advantage. • You are proficient in using common IT applications and enjoy working in a team.
