Your tasks

• Professional and warm reception of our guests from all business areas
• Check-in / Check-out, creating guest invoices, operating the telephone switchboard as well as receiving and processing reservations
• Responsible for your own specialist area after the induction period

What you bring with you

• Training in hospitality and professional experience as a receptionist is mandatory
• Native German language, good English skills, other languages an advantage
• You are open to flexible working hours (mornings, evenings, on weekends as well as on public holidays)
