Call Center Agent Your tasks: • Contacting and acquiring new customers • Optimization of the customer portfolio, identifying sales opportunities • Carrying out needs analyses and selling the products • Expanding customer relationships What you bring with you: • Completed basic training is an advantage (Kauffrau/ Kauffmann or Detailhandelsfachfrau/ Detailhandelsfachmann or similar) • Already existing professional experience in customer advisory / Customer Service / Kundendienst • Very good Swiss German and French skills (Mandatory) • Communicative, convincing and structured personality with drive • Service provider who is ready to go the "extra mile" • Proficient handling of PC & EDV What you may expect: • Responsible task in which you can apply your language talent daily • Intensive induction • Direct permanent employment • Parking facilities available • Working hours between Monday - Friday between 08:30 - 19:30
