Our opportunity

In order to strengthen our Assembly Manufacture based in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a :

Gemmology Quality Controller

Reporting to the Quality department, you ensure the control of diamonds and colored stones according to the House standards as well as the control of high watchmaking pieces. You actively participate in inventories and stock monitoring and are proactive in proposing any continuous improvement projects within the department.

Control procedures & continuous improvement

In regular contact with production and suppliers, you report all useful information with a view to continuous improvement. You actively participate in the development of the quality control department for our pieces by producing control reports under Quick Control. In collaboration with the various production sectors, you ensure the follow-up of issues encountered in a logic of standardization and continuous improvement of quality procedures.

Coordination & Communication

You participate in quality meetings and continuous improvement working groups in order to exchange views on issues encountered and actively participate in improvement.

Your Background

Benefiting from training in gemmology or diamonds, you have initial experience in the control and/or sorting of diamonds and colored stones. Your knowledge of the Quick control tool is an asset.

Proactive and a source of proposals, you are recognized for your ability to suggest innovative and relevant improvements. An excellent communicator, you share your knowledge and your interpersonal skills allow you to collaborate effectively in the search for solutions.

You pay particular attention to the quality of your work and demonstrate meticulousness and rigor. Finally, you are able to make decisions quickly in accordance with the expectations of the department.
