Your role: * Ensure excellence in service to a demanding clientele, in compliance with the standards of luxury hotels and gastronomy. * Organize, coordinate and supervise catering services, business lunches, banquets, cocktails and private receptions. * Guarantee a personalized, elegant and discreet welcome, by anticipating the expectations and needs of guests. * Ensure the irreproachable quality of the service, the setting of tables and the presentation of reception areas. * Collaborate closely with the kitchen teams to guarantee perfect coordination and a first-class gastronomic experience. * Ensure the follow-up of orders and operational needs related to the different events. * Manage unforeseen events with professionalism, reactivity and diplomacy. * Guarantee compliance with protocols, confidentiality rules and quality standards specific to the banking environment. Your profile: * Confirmed and indispensable experience in a palace, a 5-star hotel or a gastronomic catering establishment. * Successful experience as Maître d'hôtel, Assistant Maître d'hôtel or in a similar function. * Excellent mastery of the codes of luxury service, table arts and gastronomic service techniques. * Particularly neat presentation, natural elegance and irreproachable behavior. * Acute sense of hospitality, detail and personalization of service. * Great discretion, absolute confidentiality and ease with a VIP and international clientele. * Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage several services simultaneously. * Natural leadership, team spirit and ability to unite collaborators around a culture of excellence. * Perfect mastery of French and very good level of English. * Proactive, smiling, flexible personality endowed with excellent resistance to stress.
