Your main tasks • Order processing of customer orders • Creation of offers incl. price calculations and follow-up • Technical customer consulting and key account management • Technical clarifications with customers, production and suppliers, implementing specific solutions • Support of the technical sales consultants in the field • Customer visits with the sales consultant in the field • Complaint handling • Participation in projects • Maintenance and recording of master data Your profile • Completed technical basic training with commercial further education • Experience in the machine, food, pharma or sealing industry is an advantage • Reliable, confident, independent, committed and flexible personality with team spirit • Business fluent German skills. English and French skills are an advantage • Good MS-Office skills
