Service Staff in Restaurant Brunnen (40 - 60%) ## At Schlogari, we offer people with mental and/or intellectual disabilities a special living space and create fulfilling and satisfying working conditions for you. The Restaurant Brunnen is the meeting place between the Schlossgarten Riggisberg and the public. The beautiful garden terrace and the restaurant invite you to linger. 60 to 90 lunches are served here daily. The position is to be filled as of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement. This is your task ### You manage your own service station including cash collection independently and support the team. With your friendly and attentive manner, you advise and serve our guests competently. In addition, you accompany and support our employed residents in their daily service work. Compliance with our quality and hygiene standards is a matter of course for you. You complete minor administrative tasks efficiently and carefully. In order to ensure our guests are well looked after at the weekend as well, you work regularly on Saturdays and Sundays. In return, you enjoy every second weekend off. Your working days usually end between 16.00 and 18.00. For events, occasional longer shifts may occur. You enjoy working independently and bring experience in the hospitality industry and/or sales.
