At the non-profit association Fairmedia, we advocate for fair journalism and a strong democracy. We advise and support people who are treated unfairly by the media, and we raise public awareness regarding the topic of «Fake News». We are newly expanding this offering with a counseling center for victims of digital violence. Are you looking for a side job and interested in working in an innovative and varied operation? From September 2026 (or by arrangement), we are filling a 30 percent position: Administration Employee 30%, temporary Your tasks • You manage the accounting and bookkeeping of the association. • You perform tasks in personnel administration. • You are responsible for donation and member management. • You assist in the association's work, creating protocols, documents, and information for the board. • You support the office in maintaining the website. • You assist with fundraising. • You support the office employees with further administrative activities. What we expect from you • You have completed commercial training and have more than three years of professional experience in the field of finance and administration. • You are practiced in using common IT programs and have a great flair for digital tools. • You bring very good German language skills as well as a confident writing style. • You work to a high degree of independence, reliability, and are very well self-organized. • You are prepared to review existing processes as well as your own actions and always align them towards an efficient way of working. • You share our values and stand behind our cause.
